Kiri2.png

Card 1: The Pilgrim

Before me sits one who has begun a new path in life. Driven there by circumstances out of her control.

Card 2: The Speaker

The Speaker is the head of the chartist captains. It is he who leads the commercial vessels of the Imperium and unites them into a cohesive whole. So too do you face the challenge of joining together with those around you and forming something greater.

Card 3: The Rogue Trader

Like some of the legendary Rogue Traders of long ago, so too are you a woman of lightning quick wit and skill. A brave soul who rushes headlong into life. A troublemaker with a suprising amount of bravery and more than a few secrets.

Card 4: The Hulk

But more recently, you have faced a sudden and unexpected change. Like a frigate captain, having to evade a Space Hulk suddenly materializing out of the Warp after centuries, so too do you find yourself having to adapt to the new challenges before you.

Card 5: The Galaxy (Inverted)

Yet, something plots against you, and those near to you. A slow, sweeping plan that encompasses all. Navigating your way through that which is before you and disrupting the plans of another is necessary to find your path to fortune.

Card 6: The Xenos

Closer to the present though, comes a terrible beast. Something unknown to you now, but you will find soon enough. Not something you have yet become familiar with, but all together alien.

Card 7: The Stranger

You are not used to walking the path you are now, and in time, those who knew you long ago may not recognize who you have become. Trials await you, and you shall not remain unchanged by what you face.

Card 8: The Ecclesiarch (Inverted)

The strongest force leading you in your journey will be your unconventional and innovative solutions. All the while, this will test your faith, either breaking you, or making you stronger.

Card 9: The Inquisitor (Inverted)

I sense unease from you, however. But fear not, for A SUSPICIOUS MIND IS A HEALTHY MIND. Remember that although, this path you now take is not one you chose on your own, the strong and frightening shadow that has set you on this path remains beside you. One cannot help but wonder if this shadowy patron will become your salvation or damnation….

Card 10: Exterminatus

Two sides of the same coin. A coin which rests precariously upon a monument from long ago. Life and Death. Blessed and Cursed. Wide-eyed or Blind. It has many names, but it is not the name that holds the power, but that which is built upon the name. An echo, and an omen. Something that once was, and yet again seeks to be.

Megahra’s Divination:

Megarah2.png

Card 1: Sister of Battle (Inverted)

I see a woman, once possessed by faith strong enough to move mountains, now quaking under a burden of doubt. Where once was a singularity of purpose, now are numerous divergent paths, all of which leave her unsure of which to pick.

Card 2: The Stranger (Inverted)

The stranger normally represents someone unknown by others, a mystery to all but the stranger themself. Yet the one who is confused here is you. You are not quite certain who you are anymore, as the person you once were no longer exists.

Card 3: The Cardinal

You were raised in the light of the faith, taught the strength of the Imperial Creed, and tempered in the halls of the Ecclesiarchy. The lessons you learned in your more devout days still guide you.

Card 4: The Eye of Terror

But suddenly a darkness came upon you, piercing through all the light around it. A great and horrible power from beyond burst into this world and you were no longer the same. The void gazed into you, and you looked back.

Card 5: The Psyker

But through this darkness and this uncertainty, there is hope that you can rise above it. You can master that which wars within you and become something greater than you were before.

Card 6: The Immaterium

There is danger ahead of you, and the mercurial nature of fate is something to be cautious of. Within the darkness inside of you lurks both boon and bane, and none can be sure which path you will end up following.

Card 7: The Preacher

Take care to listen to your heart and follow your beliefs. Walk alongside others on the path of righteousness, lest you all find yourselves upon the road to perdition.

Card 8: The Warlock

There is great power in knowledge, and you have seen things not meant to be known by man. Take care to harness your ambition for the good of the Imperium, for left unbridled, it will lead to great ruin. A ruin you have experienced before.

Card 9: The Daemon (Inverted)

Wickedness and evil will surround you, but you are not doomed to be overtaken by them. No, they shall leave you behind to bear witness. Out of all of the darkness surrounding you, from the depths of the shadows and the screams, the suffering and the death, shall come revelation. For DARK DREAMS LIE UPON THE HEART. Dreams and knowledge that will bring either salvation… or damnation…

Vern’s Divination:

Vern.png

Card 1: The Citizen

Most would see just another of the near endless citizens of the Imperium. But when one looks at the the purpose, it becomes clear that each man, each life, is a nail, a bolt, a cog, that keeps the Imperium standing and moving. Like an ant can lift up something far larger and greater than itself, so too does the strong citizen of the Imperium hold the Aquilla aloft.

Card 2: The Explorator

There are worlds and tales far beyond those that most men could even conceive. The Explorator seeks out these new worlds, charting courses into the unknown, and leading the way for others to follow behind him. The only question an Explorator truly faces is where to go.

Card 3: The Sergeant

You have a strong past, filled with leading others. You serve, like so very many, but within you beats a heart of action and a will to strike out against those who would harm those under you.

Card 4: The Martyr (Inverted)

However, recently, that will faultered. You lived as you always have, willing to sacrifice yourself to save mankind. But, as though waking up from a nightmare, you found that you lived, while your men had given their lives in your stead.

Card 5: The Custodian

Take the lessons of the past to heart, and use that training, wisdom, and determination to grow stronger. Never back down, never give in, and you shall rise strong enough to protect all those beside you from harm. And in that stalwart defense, you shall find a far greater purpose than you have known before.

Card 6: The Assassin

But beware that which is unseen. A forgotten, hidden presence lurks beneath the bodies of those who came before. You must be willing to destroy that which is old to survive that which is older still.

Card 7: The Arch-Magos (Inverted)

Remember and hold close to your concerns. The path before you is icy and trecherous. Those who tread not with the care and caution of the elderly and wise shall slip and fall, endangering all those around them. One does not need to run in order to move swiftly.

Card 8: The Inquisitor

A strong and powerful hand rests upon your shoulder. With but a gesture, it can either exalt or condemn you. Take care and think carefully on where you go, for another is walking beside you in the shadows.

Card 9: The Titan

And yet, as all men who see war know, all the knowledge and wisdom in the world is useless if you have not the strength and power to act on it. As the mighty Titans are built by the smaller and wiser Tech-Priests, so too should you listen to those voices of wisdom that come from those around you. Through their knowledge, you shall BE A BOON TO YOUR ALLIES AND THE BANE OF YOUR ENEMIES, able to bring about their salvation or damnation…

Adrian’s Divination:

Adrian.png

Card 1: The Savage

Unlike the rest of those around him, the Savage knows not of the finer things. For what he knows are horrors and hardships enough to break all but the toughest of men. Fortitude is his virtue. Fortitude in body, and in mind.

Card 2: The Artisan

The Artisan seeks to make. To create. Not just a work, but a legacy. To craft a path with his hands, and forging it with the strength of his heart and soul. He seeks not the short lived applause from others, but the deafening roar of triumph which resounds for ages.

Card 3: The Mutant (Inverted)

Your past is filled with monsters. All around you, you found yourself besieged by that which deserves not but the swift sword of death. Corruption, unchecked growths, revulsions, and toxic horrors. And this constant testing, emerging unscathed and uncorrupted, has made you stronger than those around you.

Card 4: The Sanctioned Psyker

Just as constantly heating and pounding metal forges a blade, so too has all that suffering forged you into something greater. But as a wise bladesmith will temper and test his weapons, hammering out imperfections with a thousand precise blows, you have been tested. Sharper than other cruder blades, you may not be the best looking, but true warriors know the power of a good weapon is not in how it looks, but how sharp it cuts.

Card 5: Unity

For one that seems to stand out from the rest, for one who has lived a life so vastly different from those around him, his strongest wish is not just to survive, but to belong. To join a group and share with them that strength that has kept him going for so long. For while one thread may break, many wrapped together will not.

Card 6: The Navigator

But to achieve that unity, first he must keep those near to him alive. As a ship’s navigator sees that which puts the whole of the vessel in peril and guides them to safety, so too must you watch closely those near you. For while they may not see the dangers before them, to your eyes, they are all but hidden.

Card 7: The Noble (Inverted)

Being from worlds away as you are, many will look to you with disdain. Do not let that burden you. Though you know not of the fineries of life, you will command respect. Though you be not the one in charge, you will let them know of your wisdom. Through your actions, shall they listen.

Card 8: The Vile Serpent

As you watch the path before you, be cautious. For a vile serpent lies hidden along your path. Remain vigiliant, and keep to the direction you take. Watch too the steps of your fellows. For as you walk, the serpent shall bite. It shall strike quick and true. Seek to keep it at bay, lest its venom devour you.

Card 9: The Regent

Like a Regent of Terra, you stand resolute in your determination to serve. And through your service, you shall become something far greater than yourself. You are willing to sacrifice everything, even yourself, in order to do what is right. For, EVEN ONE WHO HAS NOTHING CAN STILL OFFER HIS LIFE. Those who you serve in the shadow of shall take notice, and through your actions, you will usher in salvation or damnation…

Marcus’ Divination:

Marcus.png

Card 1: The Arbitrator

A figure of authority, of certainty, the Arbitrator stands for all that is just and right in the world. One who upholds the laws and metes out justice when it is needed. It is their constant vigilance that keeps the Imperium held together, rooting out those that would defile it. There are no questions, only the certain knowledge of what is right, and what is wrong.

Card 2: The Great Deceiver

But you have questions. Not of what is right, and what is wrong, but of something long since past. Like a fly, you have found yourself entangled in a web, and seek to break free. Woven of lies and truths. Of knowledge forgotten, and knowledge you have come to know.

Card 3: The Lord of Blood

Death. Blood. Savagery and brutality. That is what you have seen. Bodies stacked high enough to pierce the skies. And yet you survive. This has changed you, as it would anyone. Where as death tends to be final for most, for you it was the beginning. Where the certainty of the grave ends most inquiries, you now find yourself with more questions than ever.

Card 4: The Collector

So, you traveled. You grew. Like the collector, you seek to better yourself by taking things that you did not possess before. Not to idly collect dust, but to hone who you are. You have developed a series of skills that shows your path in life. You know that growth requires hard work and effort, and have taken that upon yourself your entire life. You are so much more than you once were.

Card 5: The Lord Militant

In times of great turmoil, the people turn to The Lord Militant. So too, do you seek to become someone everyone can depend on in their hour of need. You shall give wise counsel to those who need it, and dispense righteous vengeance to the enemies of those you protect. As long as you protect those who depend on you, they shall follow you.

Card 6: The Traitor (Inverted)

But first, a challenge shall come your way. Your pride shall be tested. Remain too firm in your ways and you shall find yourself in ruin. Just as a tree bends slightly when faced with extreme winds, so too must you be willing to bow slightly to the forces that will assail you. Remain stiff and you, like the tree, shall find yourself broken or uprooted.

Card 7: The Angel (Inverted)

Your thoughts are driven by the events of your past. You have seen one of the true horrors of Humanity. How quickly men can become monsters, and how fast civilization can give way to pandemonium. You will never forget that man, divorced of rule and law, becomes little more than a beast.

Card 8: The Harlequin

Your greatest challenge in all of this shall come from this difficulty. Finding out how bestial man is, and how humane the beast can be. The questions you seek shall find their answers, but they will come not from yourself. They shall find you in another guise. Someone right before you will hold the key, but will you recognize them?

Card 9: The Heretic

Just remember in all this, that Humanity, while noble and strong, can still be more monstrous than even the most ferocious beast. What separates then, the man and the beast? The noble and the savage? The light of reason. The knowledge and drive of a purpose. For A MIND WITHOUT PURPOSE WANDERS IN DARK PLACES. Keep your mind focused and your will strong. Remain vigilant and take care upon your course of action, for if you slip up, you shall invite either salvation or damnation…

Gaius’ Divination:

Gaius.png

Card 1: The Primarchs

The Primarchs were a breed apart. Holy warriors with a singular purpose chosen by the God-Emperor Himself. Each of them were sent to walk a path, each unique to them. And in walking their path in life, they mastered it, made it a part of them, and fought. So too do you fight, with a singular talent, different than those of your fellows.

Card 2: The Scribe

But as you fight, so too do you serve. But who do you serve now? What will they ask of you? These are the thoughts you struggle with now. Will you repeat your past, or will your path be somehow new?

Card 3: The Captain

The Captain is a master of his field. He believes that suffering is inevitable, that loss is acceptable. But he knows that failure is not. So too have you found the field you seek to master, and you have done so. This was not out of boredom or idle wondering, but as a means. A means to an end.

Card 4: The Golden Throne (Inverted)

However, there have been complications. You fought, you won, but at a price. Loneliness, a clouded future, and unhappiness have been your travelling companions for many years. Broken in heart, and in body.

Card 5: The God-Emperor

But from that pain, and that suffering, you can bring forth accomplishment. Where once there was disorder, chaos, and unease, now comes a new found confidence and stability.

Card 6: The Fabricator

The path forward, will not be easy though. It may be hard to see, and it certainly will not be quick. As the Fabricator sees to the creation of great things through vigilance and perfection, so too must you reflect such qualities in your journey. You know the cost of making a mistake, and must take care to guard against not just your mistakes, but those of your fellows.

Card 7: The Chapter Master

All of this, the pain you have been through, the uncertainty in the future is not forgotten on you. You know how to make the tough decisions. The Chapter Master knows the road to victory, and it is paved in blood and tears. When others hesitate, when they faulter, you are certain in your thoughts, and definitive in your actions.

Card 8: The Governess

But as you find yourself becoming grounded in your position, focused in your actions, and resolute in your thoughts, you shall be tested by another. As the Imperial Governess answers both to the High Lords of Terra and to the Inquisition, so too shall you be placed between a rock and a hard place.

Card 9: The Astronomican

You now have hope and a new found purpose. Like a vessel adrift, you have found a beacon of light within the roiling turmoil and can now right yourself and plot a new course. But this weighs on your mind some. Why you? Why have you of all people been given a second chance. And at what cost? What will your future hold? Worry not about that now. For THE ONLY TRUE FEAR IS DYING WITHOUT YOUR DUTY DONE. Ultimately, there are only two paths you will find yourself upon: Salvation or Damnation…
